Igpaho

Igpaho Elementary School lies in the mountains near the town of Tubungan around 90 minutes drive from Iloilo, Panay’s biggest city.

ODE has two projects in Panay, Igpaho & Pook and two in the Gigantes Islands Lantangan & Granada.

Lantangan

Devasted not only by Typhoon Ursula (Phanfone) on Christmas Day 2019 but also by Typhoon Frank (Fengshen) in 2008 and  Super Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) in 2013. Lantangan faces a continual struggle to provide an education and help to its students and families who rely solely on subsistence fishing for their income.

Pook

Pook Elementary School is located in Kalibo on the northern coast of Panay Island. Like all schools in The Philippines it is suffering from a lack of supplies in the move to on line modular learning.

Hucab

Hucab is in the municipality of Kiangan in the mountainous Ifugao Province in the north of the Philippines.

Balila

Balila is in the municipality of Lantapan in the province of Bukidnon on Mindanao Island in the south of the Philippines.

Granada

Granada Elementary School is located on Gigantes Norte one of the larest of the Gigantes Islands off the north east of coast of Panay.

Pindongan

Pindongan Elementary School in Kiangan is our latest school. Liike Hucab, Pindongan is situated in the mountains of Ifugao Province.
