About
Ifugao lies in the mountains inthe north of the country on the main island Luzon.
Famous for it's rice terraces and site of the Japanes surrender in WW 2
Hucab Elementary School was our first project in the mountainous Ifugao province.
Our latest project Pindongan Elementary School is in the town of Kiangan.
Things to see
Ifugao famous for it's world famous rice terraces in Banawe and the site of the Japanese surrender in World War 2 in Kiangan. This mountainous provice has a lot to offer despite being difficult to access. With it's lack of communications life can be a struggle for it's people who have to exist on subsitance farming and wood carving for a living.
